RAIN returns water back to its original state in the clouds. The proprietary micro-crystals embedded on the strip absorbs ambient heat and vibrate. Electrons (in the crystal’s atoms) that absorb this energy over many cycles will temporarily jump into a higher level (or orbital). Being unstable at a higher orbit, they spontaneously return to the lower level and the accumulated energy is released as a burst in a single cycle.
